I was traveling when I needed help, which can already feel stressful, but Dr. Crystal was amazing. She was professional, clearly very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything so I felt comfortable and understood.
And honestly, the wait was fast. I was seen quickly and able to get treatment without sitting there forever, which isn’t always the case with urgent cares. That alone made such a difference.
Her team was compassionate, kind, and genuinely caring. It didn’t feel rushed or impersonal at all.
I’m really grateful I found them when I did. Highly recommend. ⭐️

If I could make this my primary care I would. The staff are so amazing and fast, all of them from the front desk staff to the cmas. The doctor Krystal is a 10 out of 10 doctor I recommend her to everyone she is so knowledgeable and caring. That is so hard to find these days. I have never felt judged or disappointed when I left this office!

My wife, Mary Jane, went to Emergent Care on 1/14/06 because she discovered a lump in her breast. She was examined and was referred for a Mammogram. The service there was excellent and very caring. She would certainly recommend this facility, and I would go there myself if I had a medical problem.
