Then I found Dallas Family Dental. From day one, Dr. James took the time to listen, understand my concerns, and create a treatment plan that fit both my needs and my budget. Over the past several years, he’s guided me through orthodontics, implants, and a number of complex procedures that I never thought were possible. Every step of the process was handled with incredible skill, patience, and genuine care.
We’re finally nearing the finish line, and I can honestly say they’ve changed my life. For the first time in over 40 years, I look in the mirror and love what I see. My smile looks amazing, and now this 41-year-old man has to learn how to smile with confidence and actually show his teeth. That’s something I never thought I’d be able to say. I’ll never be able to thank Dr. Ben and everyone at Dallas Family Dental enough for giving me that gift.

I've been a patient at Dallas Family Dental for over five years, and every single appointment has been a positive experience from start to finish, even the tough ones. I'm always greeted by the friendly front desk staff, who know me by name and get me checked in right away.
All of the hygienists are wonderful, although Gina is my favorite. I always look forward to catching up with her at my appointments. Dr. James and Dr. Roemelt are kind, funny, and genuinely caring. They always put their patients first and make a point to check in throughout every procedure to make sure I'm comfortable. They always put me at ease.
When I first started going to Dallas Family Dental, I was incredibly anxious. I needed nitrous oxide just to make it through my appointments. After a handful of visits with Dr. Roemelt, I decided to try going without it. He told me the choice was completely mine, but that he thought I'd do just fine. He was right—I did.
Because of his patience, compassion, and exceptional care, I no longer need nitrous at all. That's something I never thought I'd be able to say.
I honestly can't say enough good things about everyone at Dallas Family Dental. If you're looking for a dental office with kind, compassionate people who truly care about their patients, look no further. I recommend them without hesitation.
