I can’t say enough about Josh his honesty his commitment to the trade he’s hundred percent committed to a customer service he went out Detroit,OR in the middle of a rain storm and took care of my grandma and grandpa’s furnace I can’t say enough my grandma said he treated her like family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ company his family owned and operated I do not trust the big companies they pray on the elder. Josh thank you for your service??
Needed someone to come in and double check why our DIY Mr. cool mini splits weren’t working properly, was hoping someone could come in ASAP so that we could get final inspection. They were able to come the very next day at 10 AM to get us in, very knowledgeable highly recommend!
Josh is a honest guy trying to help his community. He doesn’t try to up sell you on things you don’t need, unlike larger companies around the area.
We recently asked for a quote from another company in our area, they charged us for checking out the problem and our quote to fix the issue was $16K. We almost accepted this as our only option, until a family friend told us about Seaton Heating & AC.
