Recently my Corvette was having issues. It suddenly began running rough and the check engine light was flashing along with service traction control warning light. Northwest Customs was recommended to me by two Corvette Club members. I called last Friday and made an appointment with Rick for Monday. Dropped off the car at 3pm, got a tour of their setup and was overall impressed with Ricks attitude and demeanor. I was shocked when this morning Rick called at 10am to let me know my car was ready to go!! Let me tell you my experience with NW Customs. These people are amazing and they care. Pat & Jen are so kind and a pleasure to deal with. They were very helpful with my classic car needs. The shop is cool they have some great projects they work on. They also have a paint shop and more! Rick and Pat worked on my car they treated it like it’s their own. They made sure to follow up with me if there was a change or concern they had with the job. Their communication was very important to me. I will say Rick was thorough as well. He cares about how he treats customers and what the customer wants. The team there are very transparent and informative. Overall I will be back... read full review

These guys are amazing! Helped clean up all the branches that fell from the ice storm for free! Truly incredible people and a gem of Cottage Grove. Rick helped clean up all the branches and he was going non-stop. 5 stars all the way!
