Coast Fork Classics (formerly NW Customs) is highly recommended. They did what they said they would, then a little extra, and kept it all within the quoted price. Pat, the owner, and his body expert Felix made sure everything was perfect, and on time. While they usually work on high end custom cars, they just might work your fender bender into their schedule. Absolutely worth a try. South of Cottage Grove in the Industrial Park.

Recently my Corvette was having issues. It suddenly began running rough and the check engine light was flashing along with service traction control warning light. Northwest Customs was recommended to me by two Corvette Club members. I called last Friday and made an appointment with Rick for Monday. Dropped off the car at 3pm, got a tour of their setup and was overall impressed with Ricks attitude and demeanor. I was shocked when this morning Rick called at 10am to let me know my car was ready to go!! Turns out it was something very simple and I didnt need the parts replaced as I thought from the codes that the auto part store pulled. I APPRECIATE the honesty and integrity that I was met with. No one tried to talk down or take advantage of my non mechanical knowledge. This was a breath of fresh air. :) I met the owner, Patrick when picking up my car and he also was very nice, knowledgeable and a genuine kind person. BONUS was they found and cleaned out a nasty mouse nest in my engine that was hiding under the engine cover. I live on a farm and the struggle is real to keep the mice out of my cars. The communication that Rick provided from the moment I scheduled the appt to the pick-up was nothing short of amazing. I've had other local shops promise to call me with prices and availability of parts I was interested in only to never getting back to me. Northwest Custom's, Rick and Patrick have my loyalty and TRUST after this one interaction. Impressive service and set up. THANK YOU!!!

Let me tell you my experience with NW Customs. These people are amazing and they care. Pat & Jen are so kind and a pleasure to deal with. They were very helpful with my classic car needs. The shop is cool they have some great projects they work on. They also have a paint shop and more! Rick and Pat worked on my car they treated it like it’s their own. They made sure to follow up with me if there was a change or concern they had with the job. Their communication was very important to me. I will say Rick was thorough as well. He cares about how he treats customers and what the customer wants. The team there are very transparent and informative. Overall I will be back for more classic car work. For those who have given bad reviews on here on NW customs look in the mirror the problem is you. Communication and working toward a solution for both is a two way street. I’m a customer for life with NW customs!

These guys are amazing! Helped clean up all the branches that fell from the ice storm for free! Truly incredible people and a gem of Cottage Grove. Rick helped clean up all the branches and he was going non-stop. 5 stars all the way!

The low beam lights weren’t working correctly on my car. These guys were right on it and I drove home with great lights!! They were friendly and sooooo helpful. I’ll go back in the future for other auto issues. Check them out. You won’t regret it.

Northwest Customs went way above and beyond normal expectations. I was driving in the mountains when my engine blew. Pat at Northwest Customs, apparently drop what he was doing, was in the mountains in no time. He was able to tow my car to his shop in Cottage Grove. Then drove my girlfriend and I home in Harrisburg. From the breakdown in the mountains, to being safe at home, only took under two hours for him to do. Pat was amazing to me! He is kind, professional, and a person that actually cares for people. You just don’t find people like him anymore. I have live in the Lane county area since 1991, and have finally found a good quality shop to take care of all my cars needs. I won’t go anywhere else! Thank you Pat for everything you’ve done for me! You have turned into a very special person in my life. One I can count on Northwest Customs to fix my vehicles right the first time each time.
