“The staff is friendly and helpful. Like many small businesses, they are happy to find creative solutions to your problems...be it fitness goals or financial issues. The staff is always upbeat and the facility is exceptional as far as gyms go...I feel like I'm a part of a community here, not just a number.”
“Met the owner Jessica and I have to say that she provides the most excellent service! She was kind and respectful and an all around such a fun person to get to know! If you have the chance to go anywhere, then make it here!!”
