It's very hard not to spend money there. They have great house plants. Some really unique planters. I can't wait till spring is here so we can start planting for outside too
Territorial has been my favorite seed supplier for years. I love that they also offer multiple sizes of packages rather than just small packets: for peas & beans the option to buy a half pound is perfect for my space (and more than one sowing).
The detailed growing information they provide is also very handy (germination temperatures especially!).
Customer service is also fast to answer questions (I wasn’t sure if shallot seed could be planted in Fall) and the shipping time was excellent (an order on Monday arriving on Thursday!).
I ordered plants at night through their website and I was charged on the card that I didn’t want to use. I called the next day and spoke to Cameron and let her know the situation and also let her know that we needed our order on a rush basis. Not only did she (Cameron) get the bare root plants to us on time but she exceeded those expectations and got them to us waaay sooner than expected. She jumped in front of the problem of the wrong card being charged and fixed it immediately. You just can’t get old school great customer service like that anymore… anywhere, but she and her team went above and beyond to get our order to us and exceeded expectations in every way.... read full review
