Hello, generally my experience was satisfactory, however the doctor who conducted my exam didn’t take a lot of time with me. I know from a previous visit to another eye care doctor in Eugene that I have the beginning of cataract but not ready for removal. The doctor here didn’t mention it. When I got my glasses The doctor over corrected my vision. I was told to wear them a week and come back later if my eyes had not adjusted to the new prescription. When they didn’t I again saw the same doctor who over corrected my vision. Again he didn’t take much time with me as he dialed in the correct measurements for my new glasses. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and got me in right away when i had a unexpected eye scare. The dr was very nice, knowledgeable and professional!! I couldn't ask for more. I really couldnt be happier with this office and everyone in it. I am happy to have found your office Thankyou!!!

This was a great experience for my child as well as me. As a mom it is important for my daughter to feel comfortable at the doctor. And i will tell you this place is full of kind and compassionate professional people. All the way from reception, the nurse, the doctor (i wish i could remember the ladys name) and the wonderful lady that helped pick out the glasses each person was warm and friendly. The doctor was so knowledgeable and sweet. The nurse Rachael was exceptional each step of her exam testing. She couldnt have been more attentive while she helped my daughter. Highly recommend this establishment ❤❤❤
