Super disappointed. I have been coming here for years and every single time I have to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes after my appointment time before we finally get into a room, and then another 15 to 20 minutes before we finally see a person. Today I waited with a sick stressed howling cat in the car for over a half hour. My time is valuable too and when I'm paying $150 for basic appointment, they should be on time. I love my pets, but this is ridiculous! When we had to put down our 17 year old dog a few months back, we had an appointment and still had to wait two hours with our dying dog in the back of our car. I'm so sad to say I think it's time to look elsewhere for a vet.

I want to preface this post by saying we have not had our final appointment yet. If there is no update then that experience was consistent with the empathic and caring experience we've had thus-far. Our sweet girl was diagnosed with bone cancer. The vet has incredible bed side manners and has been more than accommodating to our questions/concerns as we grieve this loss. He and his staff met me on a personal level, sharing their own stories and empowering me during the hardest decision I've ever had to make. I cannot thank them enough for being a listening ear on my hardest days. I have probably spoken to everyone in the office and they never treated me as though I was too much work. Our experience in the office was nothing short of all the loves and rubs Our family will never forget your generosity. We will be bringing our other girls here in the future. Thank you so much.

Super disappointed they can no longer help those of us with exotic pets! Their one Vet who used to help us transferred to the Veneta Veterinary Clinic, and we were not notified. Now we have to go far away to get help!

As a retired veterinary technician, I have never been so disappointed. We were told to sedate our cat with gabapentin before every visit. Just crazy! Also, we had our cat spayed and were not given appropriate instructions on aftercare. We were later advised from another source that she should have been put into a crate for several days and given some sort of pain medication. They gave us nothing and advised us to just keep her on a leash? A cat! Due to surgical complications we are now having to follow up with another veterinarian.

The staff has always been nice during the harder times with our pets. Regular appointments are a nightmare though. So many staff members and the wait time is always ridiculous. The wait in the lobby leads to another, even longer wait in the exam room. It makes me feel rushed when I finally get to see someone. The first couple of times I thought maybe it was because of an emergency appointment or something. But it is EVERY time. I will remember snacks and a good book next time.

I brought my rabbit, Cow, in today after an illness scare. Dr.Behrends and the vet tech, Chris, were beyond helpful, incredibly understanding, and were very gentle with my rabbit. After a previous poor experience at a different vet, I was very nervous, but Dr.B was amazing. Will definitely be seeing them in the future
