When I called I spoke to Mickey who was patient and kind while I explained my problem. He was very communicative and did everything he could to help me with my situation at a price I could manage. The gentleman who performed the tow, Patrick, was also very kind and patient. I have never had to get a tow before, but they made the experience as easy as you can expect for a situation needing a tow.
I had an AMAZING experience with Captain Hook Towing and Recovery! Fast, efficient, and James and Mickey both went out their way to ensure I had a great experience. It ALMOST made me glad my vehicle had to be towed—it was that remarkable!
Wonderful service. James is a really nice man. Was having a bad day and he really helped me out with towing and a good laugh. I'd recommend him to anyone. The price is really good as well and was on time. I'd give 10 stars if it was possible.
