I brought my first ever violin in (I'm brand new at this) to get help fitting the instrument to me so I could hold it correctly. Danielle was kind and extremely helpful adjusting it to fit me and gave me suggestions practicing holding it at home.

I don't really feel I need to say much considering all the great things this store has to offer and all of the positive reviews (great prices, respectful and kind owner, and amazing customer treatment) People who run the other guitar stores in town openly say how much of a great guy the owner is.

His google review star average is 4/5 which is a testament to how great of a store he is running. Very accurate.

The young man behind the counter was polite, helpful, knowledgeable - everything you could hope for in an employee. My daughter wants to learn the guitar. He answered all her questions and offered suggestions. Unfortunately, we didn't buy anything. I have no issues coming back when she's ready. Watching them work on the instruments in the back was interesting. The care that was shown is not an everyday occurrence. This store and its employees are a hidden gem!
