Technician did a good job and was very nice. Washing machine working now. Unfortunately repairs were delayed a month waiting for replacement part to arrive due to part shortage. Perhaps it would be better if Sears Direct stocked parts which fail the most often.

Jim did a great job. I suspected the dryer was not going to be worth fixing, but wanted to make sure. Jim took the back off and let me know the parts that needed to be replaced and the cost to repair the dryer. As suspected, it was not worth repairing. We've had this dryer for about 29.5 years and it has served us well.

The repair man was nice but I have 2 repair men out and now they say to costly to repair so no stove and they will call me in 2days and let me know what they are going to do so no cooking not real happy
