I can't say enough good things about Samantha and her team. We had a few bumps in the road, but Samantha and Shelley were able to smooth everything out and our experience was incredible. The pictures they posted were beautiful. They helped with recommendations for every repair that was required and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. They kept us updated all the time and were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them whether buying or selling. Jackie

Sam and her team are amazing. While helping us sell my mom’s home we ran into some unexpected legal issues with the title of the home. Sam and her team did an amazing job helping us navigate through it. They kept us calm and informed, coordinated services and helped find solutions. I don’t know if another agent could have worked through it all and gotten the home sold. I can’t thank them enough!

Samantha worked with me and my family over a long estate sale process. When we encountered hiccups she was great at communicating, thought outside the box to find solutions, and went above and beyond to make the process seamless for all of us. She was willing to answer any questions for all involved (even with all of us in different states). Great lady, thank you Samantha.

Samantha knows her stuff and will fight for her clients best interests. She helped me buy my first house. Easy to work with and was extremely flexible with my constantly changing work schedule

I would strongly caution anyone considering working with Corey Baron or his office. My experience with him was a masterclass in unprofessionalism and self-interest. From the beginning, it was clear that his priority was maximizing his commission, not helping me secure a home. He failed to communicate crucial changes regarding how he would be compensated, but made sure to remind me of the legal consequences if I worked with another agent—a threat that was both unnecessary and deeply inappropriate.
When it came time to place an offer, Corey delayed by two full days, allowing another buyer to submit a competing bid. It’s hard to view this as anything other than a deliberate attempt to drive up the price and, in turn, increase his commission. I had been upfront about my financial constraints, particularly after a recent car issue left me in a situation where I needed to renegotiate his commission. Instead of approaching the situation with understanding and professionalism, Corey’s focus shifted entirely to his own bottom line. When I expressed concerns about the closing costs, his commission, and the down payment, he became dismissive and condescending. Rather than addressing my financial reality, he attempted to guilt-trip me by saying he needed to "feed his kids," as if that somehow justified his disregard for my budget.
The most glaring issue was Corey’s complete disrespect for my financial boundaries. Despite clearly communicating that my budget was between $250,000 and $300,000, he continually pressured me to consider homes in the $450,000 range—well beyond what I could afford. This wasn’t just poor advice; it was a blatant disregard for my financial situation in favor of securing a higher commission for himself. When I didn’t respond to his manipulative guilt tactics, he went so far as to insult me, suggesting that if I thought I could negotiate better, I should handle everything myself.
The consequences of his unprofessional behavior have been severe. Not only did Corey’s actions leave me without an agent, but they have also jeopardized a job offer I received. I now have no clear path forward to purchase a home, and if I don’t secure housing soon, I risk losing the job opportunity entirely. All of this was compounded by a simple need to discuss his commission due to an unforeseen car issue—something that any competent agent would have handled with professionalism, not hostility.
Corey Baron’s conduct was self-serving, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. If this is indicative of the standards at his office, I strongly recommend potential buyers look elsewhere. I have had more honest and respectful dealings with used car salesmen, and it is shocking that this level of service would be tolerated in real estate.

Samantha came very highly recommended to us from several people. We were so happy we chose her to handle the sale of my Mom's home. She was a joy to work with, and has a wealth of knowledge to share with her clients. Her entire team was very professional, answered all my questions promptly, and led us through the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend her, she truly is the best!

Samantha Alley is a gem. And her team is top notch! They made the home selling experience seamless, always keeping us informed about the next steps. And since I was out of town helping my aunt sell her house, we established regular check-ins so we could all stay on the same page. I highly recommend Samantha and her team!

Such a rip off! Go elsewhere for your own sake! She professes a “team” which are only there to cloyingly be condescending and make you feel stupid. The only stupid thing you will do is to hire her and her “team”. Run away as there are other manufacture home realtors that don’t think of themselves as “the maven of Corvallis” and thus take advantage of you as a seller.

Samantha and her team helped us sell a house. She was professional and caring and always up to date on her information and communication. She really knows what to do and how to do it right. Ours was a former rental property and she helped us get the bids we needed and helped us get the house ready in order to get the best price. I trust her to always do the right thing. I highly recommend Samantha to anyone wanting to sell or buy real estate.
