Patty Brown is an incredibly professional, knowledgeable and experienced realtor. We used her recently to sell our home in Corvallis and moved to the east coast. Patty was our realtor for the sale of a rental property we had owned several years ago - and we had such a great experience with her then that it was a no-brainer to use her for the sale of our primary house as well. Patty kept us updated on the market trends for well over a year as we planned this major transition in our lives. We feel extremely lucky to have been connected to Patty for our home-buying process. Her knowledge and insight into the properties in and around Corvallis was invaluable. She took time during showings to help us envision spaces, possible renovations, potential issues, etc. and was very hands on in a helpful way. Patty took time to get to know our family and really understand what we were looking for in a home and neighborhood. Every time our three kids under 8 joined us to view a home she went above and beyond to not only be patient with them, but to fully engage them in the process. She was quick to respond to texts/emails, set up showings, etc. and had a way of making us feel like we were her only clients. Anyone would be lucky to have Patty guide them through buying or selling a home. She's personable, funny, thoughtful, market savvy, and experienced- what more could you want?!
