“This is my favorite violin shop! A found there a very kind person named Nancy (the owner) who will greet and meet with you about your needs and be sure to help you and then some. She is extremely affordable too. She is compassionate about helping her customers with their stringed instrument needs and she is extremely knowledgeable about what she does.
This shop is the real deal! If you want the poodle parlor kind of shop where everyone pretends that they are rich and of some kind of musician aristocracy, then you are in the wrong place. go to Portland for that. Her place is not like that at all. She is the opposite of that. You will feel welcomed (see my reviews about Portland, Oregon violin shops).
It is no surprise that Nancy personally helps local youth musicians get started, sets them up on their instruments, and helps their families and musical groups with whatever they may need.“
