5 days ago one of my earrings I got from them 8 ish months ago fell out. I went in and it turned out it broke! When I went in, they sent it in for repair and allowed me to get another piece to put in as a replacement. While I was there, I got an absolutely BEAUTIFUL new piercing with absolutely beautiful jewelry. 5 days later, and I looked in the mirror and it was gone. Now I have long hair so it gets caught on my piercings easily, especially new ones since you need the longer post, so I chalked it up to me not paying attention to my earring while fixing my hair. Megan has pierced all of my kids ears and each time has been a wonderful experience. They made my kids feel totally in control, super comfortable and as mom there is nothing more important. The front desk person also made it a welcoming experience from the time we called, to walking in the front door, to leaving. 10/10 experience!!
I went to High Priestess today and had a great experience! After a spontaneous decision to get my septum pierced, I walked into the shop and was greeted by Logan at the counter. Logan walked me through the prices and answered all of the many questions my friend and I had. After deciding on jewelry and having a conversation with my piercer Mason, he suggested I wait and go have a meal first as I hadn't eaten a meal in a while. I came back 45 minutes later and Mason made my piercing experience the best it could be! I will definitely be going back and seeing Mason for all of my future piercings!
