I went in this salon without reading any reviews. After sitting down for my lux pedicure, for some reason I decided to look at the reviews and there were many bad reviews. I thought oh well, I guess I have to bear it and just get along and get out. But I was wrong !! Some reviews said the massage stones singed their legs, that they were rude and didn’t care for the customers preferences and that the lux pedicures were over in less than 20 minutes with them being very rough and rushed and that they were asked to pay extra ($5) for the nail filing tools.I was actually very impressed with their cleanliness. I've had several pedis here, and they're always 100%. Hot stone/oil is included! The people are kind, the atmosphere is very nice, and my toes look fabulous when I leave. I will never go anywhere else for a pedi now that I know about Crystal Nails.Service: Pedicure

Michelle is an excellent nail tech and is also very kind. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and I’ve never had a problem. My nails can last up to 4 weeks.Services: Pedicure
