Dustin at Charlie’s Towing SAVED THE DAY and helped my college kiddo who got locked out of their car in the middle of the night because USAA Roadside Service failed our family so miserably that I had to find Charlie’s service myself at 3am. They immediately came out within 10 minutes. USAA using the scam service third party provider Abrego, kept telling us someone was coming for hours, then that service ghosted them then they waited an hour to re-assign only by me calling
them! They told us they re-assigned the call but never did!! The third time was another service hours more. USAA has gone so downhill. But who saved the day for our family very reasonably...read full review
Great service. They arrived quickly, and got us hooked up and on our way without delay. The driver was very efficient and professional and very courteous. We got a ride to the shop, and his truck was nice and clean as well - nice bonus. Definitely would recommend them highly.
Great experience with Charlie's Towing, and props to Dustin who got us taken care of promptly and professionally.
Long story short: we live on the Oregon Coast, and have a sick cat who was at the university veterinary hospital undergoing treatment for several days. We were very stressed about that, and drove over to visit her on Saturday. Our car broke down in Philomath. A call to Charlie's Towing and Dustin responded immediately, took down our info and location, and was there in 20 minutes.
