I had a mechanical breakdown in Corvallis. I called my insurance company for roadside service and waited three hours for zero response. I've done business with B&R before so I called them. Twenty minutes later the driver showed up and had no problem with towing my truck to Eugene. He even dropped by my house so I could get cash to pay him, then dropped the truck off at my favorite mechanic.
Basically, my mom's RV broke down on the road below our house right after Christmas. Steven at B&R Towing came right out to tow it to a local mechanic for us. He was out within 10 minutes of calling him and was Excellent. I was worried that they would not be able to tow an RV, but they did. He even went the extra mile to loosen up a frozen bar under it with some WD-40. I would highly recommend B&R Towing to anyone, anytime. A1 and A+. Thanks Very Much Steven!!! We were in a tight spot stuck out on the road during the holidays, and he was able to sort things out quickly and professionally.
I usually work with tow yards to get vehicle release information for customers. Cole at this location was a gentleman in handling my phone call. I've had a lot of horror stories that happen with these brief calls. So, it's always nice to get someone on the phone that's patient and understanding. I hope you have a great day!
