Very happy with my brow shaping and will be back once my overtweezing has had time to grow back in! I’m not a spa/salon person and had never had something similar done, so I didn’t know what to expect. Joel was super thorough in checking out the condition of my skin and what products had been used on it, and decided to forgo wax but took the extra time to tweeze. I’m not sure someone else would have taken the time/attention to detail. Thank you!
Went in to see Joel for the Ultimate Hydofacial. Joel was extremely personable and relaxing. They noticed that my eyebrows were overgrown and offered to shape them for me since there was additional time after my appointment. They came out great, and Joel is very gentle! They also offered some tinting since the bleach had grown out, but I plan on re-bleaching them within the week so I declined. Joel made sure to give me a heads up before any potentially uncomfortable sensations and gave me the opportunity to opt out. spotless and calming atmosphere! Comfy chairs, and I felt so pampered! I got the introductory facial and left glowing. When getting the extra-massage add on, I had no idea it would be such a thorough and long massage! I will definitely be returning!
