First off, I had a ton of appreciation for this company when I had my initial sit down with the preparer. She wrote out a list of things that I was to bring back to her in order to get my taxes taken care of. Because of travel and other obligations, I took a bit longer but dropped them off as soon as I returned to Corvallis. They do not move with a sense of urgency at all but that was fine with me, I was still enjoying military retirement and because of loss of family members, I was stressed enough without worrying about taxes.
