Customers have praised the staff, such as Suzanna, Secelia, Tony, and Christopher, for their helpful, patient, and professional attitudes, as well as their efforts to ensure customers receive the maximum benefits and understand the details of their purchases.
Needed to have my glasses adjusted. Went to the Cornelius Walmart where I got them. First of all, VERY grateful that they were open on Sunday. Secondly, Christopher was very polite and helpful. After explaining what I needed, he took my glasses back, made the adjustments, and returned. PERFECT fit the first time.

I normally shop at Costco for my glasses. However, when Costco wouldn't update my prescription in my sunglasses as I hadn't bought them there, I decided to try Walmart Vision. They were very accommodating and processed my request without difficulty and with expertise. The facilities were very clean and organized with a good selection of frames. Secilia - the manager - was wonderful to work with. I have already recommended the vision center to my mother as well.
I've started getting my family's glasses from here after going somewhere else for years. They have an excellent selection of frames to pick from including high end frames. Their team of opticians are so warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. They offer so many lenses and add ons too (anti glare, etc). They were also able to work with my autistic son well, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend!
