Hybrid Heating H/C installed our gas/electric furnace and heat pump system a few years ago, we have been highly satisfied with your company ever since. We have always taken advantage of your annual service program, where the second visit each year is complimentary. Your techs are thorough, friendly and professional. Today was no exception -- Juan came back today in mid-August (he also did our Winter/Spring maintenance service) and tuned up our A/C system. We had an issue with air flow in the upper part of our home that another company had failed to address earlier this year when doing insulation work. Jacob P. handles maintenance for our heat pump twice a year. We are so happy with both the heat pump and his diligent work. Jacob is friendly, helpful, respectful, and kind. I had Will H come out today to do a scheduled maintenance on my heat pump and also I had a problem with the unit it had shut off. He showed me it was a very simple fix with the overflow drain and how to fix it in the future if it happens at no charge and I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is and the staff they have, both the technicians and the office staff are so easy to work with I highly recommend this company if you're thinking about buying a new system or having yours maintenance or repaired this is your go-to company.?
