I'm so grateful for the Best Owner Direct team! Kevin worked tirelessly to find a solution to fix our furnace when other HVAC companies told me it was irreparable and needed to be replaced. That money we saved meant we were able to invest in a heat pump and now are enjoying AC in our 100+ year old home for the first time! Joel came out and took the time to walking us through all of the options to ensure we stay comfortable in different weather conditions and are set up for long term success as we continue restoring our home. Roberto and Graciel installed a new furnace and AC system in my house on May 2026. It has been 2 weeks since the installation and we are very happy with the unit. No issues. It passed city inspection. The job they did required replacing furnace, ac unit and some ducts, a complicated job, but they managed to complete it efficiently within a day. Happy customer.
They came out quickly to see why my grandma's ac unit was no longer working. They were able to find that there is a leak. Quick to schedule an appointment to get that fixed. Will be using them moving forward. Friendly and knowledgeable.
