Tri-County plumbing replaced my bath tub. Their work is professional and high quality. I love the final result -- plumbing fixtures and surround. the repair drywall and paint matches perfectly. I'm glad they are in our area.
Exceptional customer experience! I walked into their store, talked with the counter rep about the water heater issue, left 10 mins later knowing they would do their best to get someone out as best they could. Two hours later, they had the new tank AND plumber ready to respond for the replacement. It took one hour from start to finish to remove and replace the water heaters. And the young man who did the job did so quietly and efficiently as the resident slept thru it! Graveyard shifts are tough to schedule home repairs around, but this went super well!
Had an emergency plumbing issue and Tri Care Plumbing was the first to respond. They came out as soon as they could and the service was quick and professional. The serviceman Jacob was friendly and made sure to check everything before he left and communicate the work being done. He even waited a few minutes until someone could check the inside of the house before he signed off on the work.
