Excellent service. I called on a Saturday for a backed up toilet in a 1960’s hime. Marc arrived same day opened up the main sewer line in front of the houseA camera found the blockage caused by recent contractors. Problem repaired. Professional, reliable, knowledgeable
These guys arrived quickly, this the job quickly, and were both friendly and professional. The cost was not nearly as much as I was expecting! Will definitely use again. (But I hope I don't need to!)
I called on a Thursday to arrange for our septic tank to be pumped, and was scheduled for the soonest avaliable, which would be Tuesday. The next morning, it was apparent our tank was not going to wait for that. I thought about calling elsewhere to see about an appointment that was sooner, but I called Roto-Rooter and explained the situation, and to ask to be notified if there was a cancelation sooner than our appointment. The nice woman who answered listened to my panicked description, and asked me to hold so she could talk to her boss. As luck would have it, they had a spare guy that day and he would be right out.
