Kelly helped Me pick out the correct carpet for my office. There was an issues with one tile, but Kelly was quick to address it once I let Him know. One thing is that I believe they hire out the installers, which may explain why there were problems with the the tile being installed incorrectly to begin with. I am renovating a community center and needed high quality flooring that could withstand lots of traffic, but on a small budget. Nathan helped me find a great product from Mohawk and I was able to go pick it up in Portland and save myself the delivery fee. Overall it was a great experience and I love love love the flooring I was able to get. The color is perfect and makes the whole space feel warm, open and inviting.

I was very impressed with the quality of product I was able to get from the Modern Floors team and the price was great. Nathan helped me find a wonderful Mohawk LVP that looks like real wood, is a wonderful oak color and cost less than what was at my local Lowes. He also helped me set up will call at the Mohawk facility in Portland and I saved the delivery fee. This flooring is for a community center and needs to stand up to lots of traffic. It looks great and brightens up the entire space. Thank you Modern Floors team!
