I have three hunter Douglas blinds in my house that were purchased by a previous homeowner through modern floors. They all three quit working recently. I called them and spoke with a man named Kelly and he told me he would call Hunter Douglas, and order the parts and fix the blinds for me. From the very first call to me picking up my blinds. Everyone there was very helpful and communicative every step of the way and he didn’t even charge me for the blind repair. I definitely will be going back when I need my floors replaced.
I cannot recommend this place enough! Such a great experience! They were fast and got me a fantastic deal on Berber carpet and also linoleum for my kitchen. The work was superior (I manage property and have had floors redone more times then I’d like to count). Ben, who was the installer answered all my questions and the work he did was beautiful. Looks like a new house! Thanks guys!
