Sharon was absolutely amazing. I have had sciatic nerve pain for months now, to the point it was hard to walk. After 1 session with her I'm already feeling better and walking better!!! Can't wait for my next appointment!!! Thank you Sharon your a life saver!!!

Wow. What a great experience for my wife. Set-up a 90-minute session for her Birthday surprise. Sharon was great and worked with me to set up a convenient time to surprise the wife. Sharon asked a lot of question on my wife medical conditions and preferences to make the experience as special as possible. My wife was VERY pleased with her session and we already have set up future appointments. My wife will be back in a few short weeks. She is already looking forward to it!!!

Can I say a gem in disguise? HT cares. She had me do a complete history which was very thorough. She was gentle and knowledgeable. Plus she is a veteran sister! If you have chronic pain, try HT out! You won't be disappointed.

As a holistic massage therapist, I engage with each client, assessing needs and including physical, mental and emotional factors. I then make an appropriate selection from a wide repertoire of possible techniques, customizing the treatment to meet those needs at that particular time. Holistic massage is about setting an atmosphere, creating an energy, being in a particular mindset. The way in which the massage is approached is as important as the massage themselves. For instance, holistic massage may include: classical Swedish techniques such as effleurage; petrissage, kneading, friction and wringing; percussive techniques such as hacking and cupping.
