These guys know customer service! Called and they were booked out for a few weeks, but they managed to squeeze me in-showed up on time, used a blacklight to check for pet stains (new house), and got to work. Carpets look fantastic and dry very quickly! Tony is very friendly, personable, and informative. Went to pay, and received a generous first time customer discount! Give Elite a call...they will not disappoint!
