Sunrise Taekwondo is excellent! Our family has been part of the Sunrise TKD family for 7 years. My oldest is a working on his 3rd degree Blackbelt. My daughter completed the blackbelt program and my youngest is currently a green belt. The masters really care about the kids and are simultaneously training athletes and personal character, building confidence and resilience and teaching respect, discipline, and focus.

My son has been training at Sunrise Taekwondo for the last year. He has ADHD and it really helps him feel focused. It also gives him a great sense of accomplishment when he completes the next goal.
