I have two homes to maintain and have been using Wolfers for a few years now. Always receive great service on everything. Their technicians are friendly, ready to answer any questions, and resolve any issues. Thank you Bryndon Campbell, service tech on my last annual service of my A/C. He was very thorough in reviewing everything that was done (including pictures). I was also informed of any new technology that is available to help my system stay in good working condition.
We've had Service Now come for a checkup and tuning on our furnace for several years. Scheduling has been prompt and easy. A few years ago they replaced the draft inducer that was rattling. No issues since then, although the checkups are helpful. Frank does an exceptional job, explaining exactly what he's doing, why, and what problem points might be.
We have used Service Now for over 14 years and have never been disappointed with their work. This week, our AC unit went out. Hudson, our Service Now agent, was prompt, courteous and knowledgable and had our AC unit back, up and running in less than an hour. We have never been disappointed. Thank-you Service Now!
