Very easy booking process and the technician was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was on time which I very much appreciated and gave us an accurate time frame of the repair. Overall it was a very positive experience!

The technicians were wonderful! They even brought the calibration tool to my car! I had an issue with my car, which had nothing to do with Safelite that we find needed to be taken care of first and I would have to bring it into the shop. They were so wonderful working with me to get me in immediately once the problem was fixed so they could do the calibration. The office staff was wonderful!!
