Matt came to fix the toilet water going slow problem. He’s very polite and efficient, giving some advice to keep the toilet water running through quickly. The price was about right. Only thing was waiting for 6 hours, because an emergency needed to rescue first.

Both my kitchen sink were plugged unable to use. I called rescue rooter late on 8/18/25 in the afternoon and Thomas with rescue rooter came out within a few hours took care of the problem in my kitchen on the sink without any hesitation they knew what they were doing very professional very kind and respectful. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends and neighbors my bill was not overwhelming. Definitely worth every penny. Thank you Thomas for your great service. You guys at rescue rooter you rock.

Thomas Do went far beyond what I expected. He cleared an impacted shower drain in my condo that a regular snake couldn’t touch. He was determined and knowledgeable. I got very lucky today.
