I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chan and his team and am absolutely thrilled with my results!I had a chin implant with submental liposuction and ultherapy with Dr. Chan November of last year. I had two consultations, one with Dr. Chan’s assistant Yvonne, and another with Dr. Chan 2 weeks before my surgery date. Both Yvonne and Dr. Chan listened attentively to my concerns and desired results before recommending treatment options. I was previously recommended a neck lift by another surgeon, and Yvonne advised that that wouldn’t be necessary to achieve the results I was looking for. I have been a patient at Reviance for six months. Without a doubt they are the best plastic surgery and aesthetics center in Portland. The first person I met when I made an appointment was Yvonne Troutman. She is the patient coordinator and all around “ go to girl” when you have any questions. She is excellent and works very hard to ensure all patients are happy with their experience at Reviance. Both Shae and Jessica are excellent estheticians and the entire staff are very welcoming. Reviance is by far the most professional aesthetics practice I have ever been to. The office is beautiful, the staff friendly and welcoming. Shae and Jessica are very skilled estheticians and Yvonne Troutman, patient coordinator is always available to help you if need be. Yvonne strives very hard to make every patient comfortable. Dr. Haena Kim is the surgeon I see and she is so much more than just a plastic surgeon. First, she is brilliant.
