She is so excited at the entrance and to see the staff.Everyone there is professional, friendly, and show they care about their guests. They also work hard to keep the place clean.The owner does a great job of balancing everything (safety, prices, hours, procedures, etc.). “The prices are definitely higher than other dog hotels and boarders. However, the price of this establishment feels more like an investment than paying for a service.Firstly, the facilities are clean and well organized. It’s a step above in every way from the status quo. It is definitely a dog hotel.My dog Mili is a formerly abused animal. She’s getting older and is generally more anxious than other dogs. Historically, she has a harder time with certain dogs vs others. She even used to bite people when she first was rescued.They interviewed her to cater to her needs and helped her bridge the gaps in her social skills. She definitely likes the more relaxed and older group of dogs and she always has anxiety in meeting new people. By the end of the day and on returning visits, she looks forward to spending time with the staff.They were perfect in their interactions with my dog and impeccably professional with me.This staff has built my trust with them as well as have helped develop my dogs ability to trust others both human and canine. They made things happen that I didn’t think was possible. I am more than satisfied.“

“Magic! ? I got a rescue pup last year and he had trauma around grooming. Since then we have been trying to find someone who can work with him, his anxiety, and his sassiness when he gets groomed. It has been tough - many groomers wouldn’t take us.Albert was willing to take us on and he worked magic!! I sat in on the whole groom and saw how gentle and encouraging he was with my little pup. My dog did not snap or get really scared like he has in the past. His haircut is so cute - he looks like a little cloud.Albert has a truly unique spirit to work with dogs and exudes a vibe that gives them comfort. He only works with one dog at a time; other groomers will take on numerous dogs and cage your pet till they’re ready & they don’t have the same ability to work with an anxious dog. So many dogs don’t like to be groomed, not just my dog, and by the end of the session my little one trusted Albert. Albert really helped allay anxiety for me, too, because it’s been a hard journey until now.There’s even parking for drop offs.“

“Our 15 y/o cat was terminally ill and had to be put down. I didn’t want his long time Vet/staff who’d developed a relationship with him to have to do it so a friend recommended Oswego Vet. Dr. Naomi and her assistant were so respectful and kind and came to our home to make it less stressful for all of us. The treatment was humane and gentle.A few days later, Dr. Naomi sent a handwritten sympathy card with his (ink) paw prints. And then they sent separate card to say that a tree had been donated in his honor to the Arbor Day foundation. I’m so moved and grateful and can’t say enough good things about this practice. They made a horrible decision more bearable. I’m so pleased that there’s a little tree out there with GIR’s name on it??“
“Jake communicated when he was on the way and his eta which was nice. . My 5 month old Doberman puppy was happy to go right to him with her kisses and hugs. A quick service, my dog was smelling very nice. Happy with her nail trimming which Even came with an ear cleaning and brush.“
