NW Sundance was quick to respond initially and followed up as quickly. Cody came to the house and called as he was on the way. He was helpful and informative. He did a great job repairing my hosebib. The whole experience was great.

We filed a service request through our home warranty and NW Sundance Services was contracted for the repair.
Although the plumber arrived near the end of our assigned time window, he was very professional, friendly, and worked quickly to resolve our repairs.
They also left us a business card in case there are any further issues.
