Landscape East and West has recently completed my front yard project. They added irrigation to the flower beds and improved the existing lawn irrigation system. They repaired a low spot in the lawn and planted 30 shrubs and plants. They also installed some landscape lighting. Although it wasn't a big job for them (about $11,000), they made me feel like it was an important job. Bjorn made several trips to my house to help plan the project and made good suggestions about things I hadn't thought of. The crew doing the work was hard-working, competent, and efficient. Landscape East and West recently completed a delightful remodel of our backyard. Our yard is north facing, shaded by our house and had horrible, poorly-drained heavy clay soil mixed with small items of construction debris. It sloped severely in two directions. It presented quite the challenge. We had lived with it under grass and bark dust with plantings of just three inappropriate tree species (all growing way too large for the space) for four years, and we were scratching our heads to come up with ideas. It’s rare to find a services company, of any type, that provides excellent service, clear and frequent communication, and a personal touch.
We contracted Landscape East & West to replace our grass with artificial turf. The initial project review was followed up quickly with a detailed quote with drawings. A final review was conducted via Zoom, again with drawings. There was an onsite review with the project team to finalize scope and timing.
The project was estimated to take 4 weeks, including a week to order turf from the manufacturer. They completed the project a week early through a combination of excellent management,... read full review
