Had a great massage by Kim , very insightful with regards to muscle groups , lower back and hip where a bit tight and feel 5 years younger and more mobile than before the visit .
Highly recommended . Also gave me a few excercises to strengthen areas that will help me out in the future .
We found Hawaiian Island Massage through Harvest Hosts. The 90 minute massages we booked (Swedish and Hot Stone) were a welcome treat after being on the road. Kim greeted us with fresh plums from her trees and immediately made us feel at home. Her massage was one of the best I have ever had. Will definitely stop in again if we are in the area!
I stayed here via the Harvest Host app and it was a perfect stay start to finish. The massage was just what the dr ordered. She even showed me some exercises to help strengthen my low back and hips. I would highly recommend and will for sure make an appointment next time through town
