I am a retired female and like DIY projects. Kipper, at RoofLine, has been such a great help in ordering just the right materials for my projects and getting me the best price. It helps that most metal comes precut to my exact size so there is no waste of labor or materials. The great customer service that I received at RoofLine is way above anything I could have ever expected to receive at one of those big box stores! Kipper was definitely more professional, kind and helpful in figuring out some issues I was having as a do it yourselfer.

Roofline DELIVERS!!! It has been a long time since I felt valued and important as a customer (after making the purchase). Marcello at Roofline took my tiny little order and then consistently followed up with me-- when there were little hiccups in my delivery, he took it upon himself to make sure I felt taken care of. The delivery guy was super professional and friendly, too. I didn't know proper customer service still existed! This company-team is a rare gem. Thanks guys!

I had an amazing experience at this Roofline location working with Marcelo. I've been looking high and low for a specific composite roof sample and Marcelo dug through their shingle boneyard for me over the phone and found it. I live up in Bend and to save me a hundred dollars in gas, Marcelo mailed it out to me. I had it in two days. Fantastic customer service!
