Greg had a very quick turnaround time to do our home inspection and generated a detailed report the same day. Answered a bunch of questions regarding the inspection and did a thorough investigation of attics and crawl space. He also climbed on the roof for inspection and included a lot of roof pictures in his report. He checks behind panels and investigates above and below any vertical cracks and foundation issues. He is knowledgeable and ensures the buyer understands proper maintenance of the property they are looking to buy.
