Adrian and Peak Building Inspections did a fantastic job for us on a pre-closing home purchase inspection. Peak was timely, both with the actual inspection but also final inspection report delivery. I received the final inspection report the evening that the inspection was completed.
What I particularly liked about Peak and Adrian's inspection was his use of video and commentary and inclusion in the final inspection report along with useful still photos. Adrian pointed out the good things as well as items that require some level of attention.
