Phone staff are extremely rude and dismissive. The hold music is so loud and high pitched i get a splitting headache every time I hear it, also the hold times on the phone are ridiculous! Over 30 minutes sometimes

Do not take your child here for pediatric care! The dr and nurses are nice but we have had 4 appts since December canceled or delayed by hours while waiting in the waiting room. The waiting room is also shared with urgent care, which is certainly not ideal with young children. Sadly finding pediatric care in the valley is hard to come by. Good luck.

Dr. Siapno is great. Took about 4 days to get an order for two urine test . Larbcorp does all the lab testing, which they are horrible. They lost my urine specimen for one of the test. So I only received one urine result. Which both tests are time sensitive for acceptance for surgery. Now they have to reorder a new order and have me come back in for another urine test! The communication and efficiency is lacking in that office.

A joke. Avoid their new vendor lab service called "Labcorp". It's awful, disrespectful, the employees are absolutely clueless, and the place is run poorly. Providence: go ahead and continue to outsource your work to lousy vendors...the Nuns are turning in their graves.

WOW from start to finish. I called with a concern about a heart arrythmia at 8AM and was seen by Claud DeSilva Lima PA by 1030. The person who took my call was respectful and proactive as was the nurse who took my phone history of symptoms. When I arrived everyone, without exception, was professional, respectful and most importantly compassionate. Mr. DeSilva Lima was extraordinary in his detail of assessment (I am a retired critical care nurse so I know the ropes). When I reviewed his summary of the visit it showed his attention to detail. He was extraordinary in his sensitivity and compassion. The person who drew my blood was delightful. While I was having my blood drawn my husband noticed an elderly lady having trouble entering data into the computerized blood draw station. An employee happened to be walking by and immediately stopped to assist her. Providence Central Point Clinic Or is a class act. This could not have been a better experience. On a scale of 1 to 5 I would say they scored a 10

I was at Providence Central Point Urgent Care this morning & saw a receptionist, Kathy, helping an elderly man who couldn't find his insurance card & other information. She left her desk & went to him in his wheelchair & assisted him. She was so kind to him that it just warmed my heart! It's so nice to see a helpful, compassionate person these days. You made my day, Kathy!

Please take into consideration having all teams use the same calendar when it comes to return times for birth control. I don't know how many times y'all have said be here on this date & then tell me I'm early/late for the visit. System is broken.

I had the absolute worst experience today with Dr. O. I have never been gaslit by a doctor/refused medical help until today. I have had psoriasis for 15+ years and recently have had issues with staph. This leads to excruciatingly painful abscesses in my ear canal. My last flare up was less than two months ago and it came up again a few days ago. Two abscesses are forming in the same exact ear and exact same spot as last time. My hearing also becomes affected when they form because it is covering a part of my ear canal. I wait for 2 hours and he rushes in to tell me it is just a psoriasis burn and there is no bump in my ear. I can literally place my finger in my ear and feel it myself it's very easy to feel. He then goes on to tell me what a psoriasis burn/skin irritation is. I have had it essentially my whole life and know exactly what this is and that is not it. I questioned it and told him I can feel the bump, he then proceeds to gaslight me even more and wrapped up my appointment by not saying goodbye or anything and leaving the room. Leading to me calling the supervisor after because I felt so ignored and gaslit throughout the process. I spoke to the supervisor who was amazing and I asked if I could at least get a refill on my prescribed ibuprofen to help with the pain she said she would ask the doctor and get back to me. This doctor refused to prescribe me the ibuprofen and told me to use Tylenol over the counter. These abscesses cause me so much pain I can't sleep or eat and he refused even this. Save yourself the time, money and emotional stress this doctor and Providence can put you through. I have never felt so gaslit, invalidated and idiotic for feeling the way I feel. He did not listen to me at all and I know for a fact I will have to go back in when I am in excruciating pain to get them to at least listen to me and prescribe antibiotics and ibuprofen.
