I was in a rush and in pain. I stopped in and was checked in quickly. The doctor checked me out and immediately sent me down for imaging. I was out the door quickly and I received my results a couple hours later via MyChart. Could not ask for faster or better service!
I went to Valley Immediate care first they sent me to ER. 5 hrs later still looking at another 4 it 5 wait. Went to Prividence Urgwnt Care and Lucas Amuchhastegui had done what needed to be done in 15 minutes.
I will only go to Prividence now. So grateful that common sense is in order there. Tja k you.
The staff from beginning to end was kind, courteous and attentive. The MA was very attentive and thorough. The doctor listened, explained and would do what he could do to give me some comfort until I got home. He added prescriptions to my home. He followed through with everything he said he would do. The MA never looked rushed because it was closing time. They even arranged for the lab toggle me an x-ray after it had been closed.
