About Providence Central Point Urgent Care
Providence Central Point Urgent Care is a walk-in clinic situated in the Central Point Medical Plaza, providing prompt and affordable medical attention for urgent health care needs. Patients can expect professional, respectful, and compassionate care from the initial call to the final diagnosis. The clinic's staff is proactive, attentive, and sensitive to each patient's concerns, although some reviews suggest the need for improved communication and empathy. With extended hours, no appointment is necessary, and patients can typically expect to be in and out within 90 minutes. The clinic's attention to detail, kindness, and helpfulness have earned it a reputation as a class act. Many have noted the very nice, professional staff, and the clean office waiting area with a short wait time. However, there are suggestions for better visibility of the clinic's operating hours, including a neon "OPEN" sign, to help those seeking care. While some patients have expressed a desire for more thorough diagnostic procedures and a more welcoming atmosphere, the clinic still maintains a level of care that is appreciated by many, including a shout-out to Jesse, the very sweet and caring NP. Overall, it is a valuable resource in an area where finding primary care can be challenging.
The Provider I saw (Cullen A Mack, PA-C) listened to my issue and then suggested a different course of action to treat my issue than what was previously used at another urgent care. Not only that, he also provided two other solutions if the first one doesn’t work for me!
I was probably too sick to drive, too sick to go in but from the moment CMA Kari brought me in she took such great personal care of me. I cannot say enough good things. NP was fine, care was efficient. But Kari was super special
I went in for medical care at 7:30 AM on a wintery Saturday and the place looked closed. No cars in the parking lot. Hours posted on the main floor say it's open Monday through Friday. I would have driven away except that I wanted to get a photo of the hours for the Google review! The automatic door opened and that's when I noticed that the second story lights were on. Guys, how about a big neon OPEN sign at street level so the bleary and ill can clearly see that there is care available!
Otherwise the staff and care were great, and no wait when I went in. Shout-out to Jesse the very sweet and caring NP.
