While traveling to Sacramento, we experienced a flat tire and stopped at the Les Schwab on Biddle Road in Medford. We arrived before the store had opened and were immediately greeted by Bruce Allen. From the very beginning, Bruce provided exceptional service—professional, courteous, and efficient. He turned a frustrating situation into a smooth and positive experience.
