We are so happy with professional job Converse Flooring and Design did in our home. From giving an estimate to scheduling the installation. Lori worked with me, helping to pick out the color and design. The crew was great; they took care in moving the furniture and cleaned up when they were done. We are so glad we chose this wonderful company to work with.

I had a home insurance claim affect my children's upstairs bathroom that leaked through my walls into my downstairs dining room. I knew Ryan and Travis Converse for many years through work (as a Realtor) and they had down many jobs beyond flooring, such as bathroom and kitchen remodels. Ryan had just done several jobs for multiple Clients in a variety of aspects so I called him about my damaged floors, walls, and full bathroom.
He worked with the insurance, hired plumbers, drywallers, obviously did the flooring and tile work, and then billed and handled EVERY DETAIL that was well beyond the scope of what I actually thought he and his company did.

We recently went to converse flooring for new carpet for our new home and cannot be happier with their work and service. Lori helped us through the process of finding the carpet that fit our budget but also met what we were looking for and took care of us through the whole process. They were able to get the measurements done quickly and called us the second the carpet came in to schedule installation. The installers were phenomenal. They worked efficiently and professionally and completed the job in one day, which we didn’t expect. The team over at converse really went above and beyond. Thank you! We love our new carpet :)
