I can't thank Dr. Joes enough for helping us in our emergency situation. We are traveling through Oregon (to Washington) from Utah, and our rv broke down in O'Brien. We had our hospice dog Candee with us in complete organ failure. We knew she wasn't going to make it to Washington. Unfortunately, all the Vets in the area, (Cave Junction, Grants Pass, and even Crescent City) either wouldn't take us because we weren't clients, or were way too expensive for an emergency Euthanasia. (We had to buy several pricy rv parts & were low on $.) I called Dr. Joes last, and they didn't hesitate to get us in the next day! And the price was literally... read full review

The vets are great and very knowledgeable but unfortunately trying to get an appointment, even in an emergency, can be next to impossible. I've been going there for many years and I'm certain this delay is due in large part to the fact they're no longer open on Fridays plus closed for lunch an hour every day. This reduces their work to 28 hours per week which Is basically part time. People in this area depend on having a vet available rather driving to Grants Pass or even Central Point and for many older people this can be difficult drive. I think they should add another vet or do what ever it takes to add more time to their schedule. It would even... read full review

It was a really sad day today. We had to put our dog down but these group of people they are angels. They helped us out as much as they could did everything that they could to make it easy on us The doctor had a way of connecting with the dog and us and it just made us feel really comfortable like family. The pricing was at least 75% less than what the competitor's pricing was. Customer service was outstanding. Thank you guys again!!!
