Based on the reviews, BenchMark Physical Therapy in Cave Junction provides patient-focused care with a professional and caring team. The staff is described as amazing, pleasant, and great people who are very good at what they do. They listen to concerns with compassion and explain best practices for success. The team gives patients all the tools needed to continue recovery, including videos to remind them how to do exercises. They help improve quality of life after injuries like shoulder replacement or foot injuries. The crew is flexible, and patients are completely satisfied with the service. If ever hurt again, patients would like to go back. The team truly cares about health and helps any way they can.
Having several life changing issues and meeting other patients, I can verify Chris and Sharon (Sergeant Major) are the tops in PT. I am physically back to 50year old. (I'm 72).

I have been receiving PT at Benchmark in Cave Junction since 9/1/25. Yesterday 2/19/26 was my last appointment. I know I need to keep doing my exercises since my shoulder replacement last August, but the team gave me all the tools I need to continue my recovery, including my video to remind me how to do the exercises.
