Jim was a referral from a friend as I was interested in property on the Oregon Coast. From the first call to the last Jim was quick to respond with insight, integrity and thoughtful suggestions. Throughout the process of negotiations and challenges his respect for the process and the community spoke volumes of his ethics. Please note these loaded words are not chosen lightly. He is that dependable. Most home purchases come with challenges. This one had more than most. Together we kept stepping through each decision with careful and respectful challenges to the seller team. The end result was fair and I'm now living in a fabulous spot.
